Returns & Refunds

Request an ordinary return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their packaging.

We also accept exchanges for unworn, non-personalized items within 15 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Contact us for instructions and availability before mailing an exchange. Customers pay ordinary return postage.

Email sales@customjewelsmith.com with your order reference and the item you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before mailing your return.

The customer pays return postage for ordinary returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive the return, to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Personalized and engraved products cannot be returned for a change of mind. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us for help. This exclusion does not limit applicable consumer rights.
